First, the sludge is transported to the metering tank through the sludge transport pump, and the mud level is adjusted through the liquid level adjusting tube in the conditioning metering tank, and the remaining sludge is returned to the sludge tank through the return pipe. The appropriate flocculant is added for treatment, and the concentrated sludge is continuously pushed forward in the direction of the rotation of the screw shaft, and is sufficiently dehydrated under the effect of the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate.
The dewatered mud cake is then discharged from the discharge device of the Oilfield drilling mud decanter centrifuge. Through the treatment of the centrifuge, the solid content of the mud cake can be greatly improved to reduce the footprint of the sludge stacking.
