The drilling mud decanter centrifuge is different from the ordinary separation equipment. It is a solid-liquid separation device specially designed for the characteristics of petroleum drilling fluid. Drilling mud decanter centrifuge can complete various processes such as feeding, centrifugal sedimentation and unloading at full speed.


The Drilling mud decanter centrifuge realizes the recovery operation requirements for barite in the process of separation, and also effectively removes fine solids and reduces the solid content of the drilling fluid. In addition, it plays an important role in controlling the density and viscosity of the drilling fluid, ensuring the performance of the drilling fluid and fast drilling.


Drilling mud decanter centrifuges also use the principle of centrifugal sedimentation to achieve separation requirements for drilling suspensions. The suspension enters the rotating drum from the feeding pipe through the liquid outlet hole of the screw ejector. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase particles are pushed to the inner wall of the rotating drum, and are pushed to the small end of the rotating drum by the blades on the spiral ejector. The mouth is discharged, and the liquid phase overflows through the overflow hole at the big end of the drum. This cycle continues to achieve continuous separation.
