Under normal conditions, the sludge dehydrator can maintain continuous operation. For the user, sludge dewatering machine as a special sludge treatment equipment, in practical applications, has the advantages of low moisture content in the mud, stable operation, low energy consumption, relatively simple control and management, and easy maintenance. In the current market, we can see that there are many different types of sludge dewatering equipment. These dewatering equipments are used in different workplaces due to their different performance characteristics. The specific contents are:

 

The first is the plate-frame sludge dehydrator. In the process of dewatering, this type of equipment is mainly in the closed state, the sludge injected by the high-pressure pump is pressed by the frame, so that the water in the sludge is discharged through the filter cloth to achieve the purpose of dehydration.

 

The second type is a belt-type sludge dewatering machine. When the equipment is dewatered, the sludge layer is mainly clamped by the two upper and lower tensioned filter belts, and it is S-shaped from a series of regularly arranged rolling cylinders. Afterwards, the pressure and the shear force of the sludge layer are formed by the tension of the filter belt itself, and the capillary water in the sludge layer is squeezed out to achieve sludge dewatering.

 

The third type is referred to as a centrifugal sludge dehydrator. From the structural point of view, this type of dewatering machine is mainly composed of a rotating drum and a screw conveyor with a hollow shaft. Sludge is fed into the rotating drum through the hollow shaft and is generated at high speed. Under the centrifugal force, the product is thrown into the drum cavity. Since the specific gravity is different, solid-liquid separation occurs. Sludge is pushed by the screw conveyor, and is transported to the cone end of the drum continuously by the outlet; the liquid in the liquid ring layer is discharged continuously by the overflow port to the outside of the drum by gravity.

 

The fourth type is referred to as a stacked sludge dewatering machine. This equipment is currently common in applications. It is mainly composed of a fixed ring and a moving ring superimposed on each other, and a screw shaft penetrates through the filter body formed therein. Stacked sludge dewatering machine is mainly used for the purpose of dewatering by gravity concentration and the internal pressure formed by the back pressure plate during the process of the sludge.
