Horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge uses low energy consumption and flocculation

The horizontal screw discharge centrifuge has low energy consumption during operation. Its model is mainly based on its advanced frequency conversion speed regulation technology, which effectively reduces the impact on the power supply network and consumes 1/3~1/ of similar products. 2. Smooth operation. The precise dynamic balance of the rotating parts and the dynamic balance of the working speed of the whole machine are implemented.

The horizontal screw discharge centrifuge is mainly composed of a high-speed drum and a drum that are turned to the same speed and a slightly higher speed or a slightly lower spiral and differential. When the suspension to be separated enters the centrifuge drum, the high-speed rotating drum generates a strong centrifugal force to settle the solid phase particles larger than the liquid phase density to the inner wall of the drum. Due to the different rotation speeds of the screw and the drum, the two exist. With relative motion (i.e., the difference in rotational speed), the solid phase deposited on the inner wall of the drum is pushed toward the outlet of the small end of the drum by the relative motion of the spiral and the drum, and the separated supernatant is discharged from the other end of the centrifuge.

The sludge and flocculant of the horizontal screw discharge centrifuge will enter the horizontal screw discharge centrifuge from the inlet pipe at the same time, and the flocculant will flocculate the sludge in the mother liquor in the centrifuge cavity. Producing a solid that is heavier than water, in a rotating drum rotating at a high speed, the solid is smashed onto the drum wall, the separating liquid is squeezed toward the center of the drum, and the solid deposited on the drum wall is pushed toward the slag opening by the screw conveyor. Outside the discharge machine, the separation liquid is discharged outside the machine through the overflow end of the drum.
