We all know that decanter centrifuges often need to run at high speed during the work process, so the requirements for bearings are high. When the bearing of the drum has some problems and needs to be replaced, how can we ensure that it will not damage the performance of the decanter centrifuge? Please see the following details.
First of all, when disassembling work, professional tools need to be equipped, and then it is operated by professionals. When disassembling the small end bearing of the decanter centrifuge, the bolt on the end pressure plate of the main pulley should be removed first, and then the end pressure plate should be taken out using the top wire. In this process, it should be noted that the force of the screws must be consistent, and no skew occurs. Then take out the end pressure plate, and use a three-leg die to pull out the pulley.
At the same time, when disassembling, do not forget to mark the relevant parts to facilitate reinstallation. Next, remove the flat key, the screw at the taper end, the bearing seat seal ring, and the O-ring at one time. Load a force-bearing object on the bearing end pad of the decanter centrifuge, and use a three-legged grasp to pull out the bearing sleeve body, bearing sleeve gland, bearing, and shaft sleeve.
After the small-end bearing is removed, the large-end bearing needs to be removed. Also use professional tools, the specific steps are: remove the flange bolts, and then remove the differential and spline shaft. Then, loosen and remove the bolts on the shaft end pressure plate, and eject the shaft end pressure plate with a suitable jack wire. It should also be noted that when removing the large end bearing of the decanter centrifuge, the force on the screw is also Be consistent and don't tilt. On the bearing pad on the shaft end face, use a three-leg die to pull out the coupling flange and bearing seat seal ring, and then remove the flat key.
In fact, there is basically no difference between the two processes. Operators should note that at this time, records should also be made to facilitate reinstallation. On the bearing pad on the shaft end face, use a three-legged die to pull out the bearing sleeve body, bearing sleeve gland, bearing and shaft sleeve, and make corresponding marks on the bearing housing of the decanter centrifuge.
