Lubrication method of Fruit juice decanter centrifuge differential

In Fruit juice decanter centrifuges, it is often necessary to lubricate the differential. At present, the main lubrication method used in lubrication is the bath lubrication method. Because the fruit juice decanter centrifuge has a higher running speed, the oil temperature rises obviously, and at the same time, it is easy to leak under the action of centrifugal force. Therefore, the staff needs to regularly check the oil quantity and timely replenish it.


It is usually necessary to first screw one of the plugs on the front end of the differential to the top, unscrew the screw plug, and stop it at a position 150 degrees from the vertical. At this point, the oil level should be flush with the bottom of the screw hole. If it is exceeded, it should be replenished. Since the position of the differential is relatively concealed, the best way to do this is to periodically replace the grease. Especially for high temperature materials or frequent hot water cleaning.


In the actual production of juice dewatering centrifuges, each shift staff needs to check the oil level in the fuel tank. If there is any shortage, it should be replenished in time. If it is found that the deterioration should be completely replaced. At the same time, it is necessary to adjust the amount of oil according to the change of flow rate and bearing temperature. If the bearing temperature is high, the oil supply should be increased accordingly to ensure that the equipment is fully lubricated and excess heat is taken away.


It should be noted that the oil is inspected at least once a month, and the moisture and acidity are sampled and analyzed to confirm whether the lubricating oil in the centrifuge of the decanter centrifuge is normal. If an abnormality is found, the cause should be identified and replaced immediately. When adding new oil, be sure to look for the brand and oil quality. It is strictly forbidden to add lubricating oil with unknown grade or impurities to the differential.
