With the development of screw filtration technology, in order to avoid the problem of clogging, in the 1970s in Germany and other European countries, a relatively new filter structure, such as the grid structure and dynamic ring filter structure appeared. The movable fixed ring structure filter is set on the spiral shaft sleeve full of multiple rings. The ring is divided into two types: fixed ring and movable ring. The gap between fixed ring and movable ring has a certain filtering gap. Through the friction between movable ring and fixed interlocking material, the effect of material extrusion is greater than that of blocking friction, so as to improve the effect of material filtration and separation, and avoid the plugging phenomenon of high viscosity material.
