Generally, in the Horizontal spiral discharging centrifuge, the main components included are: drum, screw conveyor, differential, main bearing, chassis, liquid-solid collection chamber, motor transmission, and frequency converter. The Horizontal spiral discharging centrifuge gradually increases speed through the frequency converter. Under the driving of the main and auxiliary pulleys, the input shaft of the drum and the differential will gradually reach the rated speed.


At the same time, due to the action of the differential, a relatively stable rotational speed difference will be generated to achieve the screw unloading function. When the rotation speed of the Horizontal spiral discharging centrifuge is stabilized, the mixed suspension is transferred from the high level tank, the flow regulating valve or the feed pump to the centrifuge through the feeding tube, and accelerated into the small end of the rotating drum through the spiral acceleration hopper. Under the strong centrifugal force, the solid phase larger than the gap of the filter is intercepted by the filter. After the screw is pushed, the solid phase is continuously pushed to the big end of the drum, and the centrifugal force is continuously increased for further dehydration.


The next separated liquid phase will be collected and discharged by the solid phase collection chamber. The liquid phase entering the drum of the Horizontal spiral discharging centrifuge is collected by the liquid phase collection chamber after being passed through the filter screen and the slotted drum, and then discharged from the liquid phase discharge port. In the horizontal separation and dewatering centrifuge, the suspension is continuously input during the whole separation, dehydration and washing process, and the separation and clarification and the solid phase are continuously discharged, which belongs to continuous automatic separation and dehydration.
